These terms apply to the MathGuard game ("the game", "the app"), on Android and in the browser, published by Cubicle Free Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), Manovijay, House No. 554, Mothebhat, Mulgaon, Pondewadi, Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra 401201, India. By tapping "I agree" or playing the game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the game.

Who can play

MathGuard is for everyone, including children. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, who accepts them on your behalf.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or any part of it, except where the law allows this.

Fair play

• Don't cheat, hack, or use bots or other tools to change the game or your scores.
• Don't choose a nickname that is offensive, hateful, impersonates someone else, or includes personal details.
• Don't try to disrupt the game, its ads, or any service it connects to.

Gems, XP and other in-game items

Gems, XP, stars and other items earned in the game have no real-world value. They can't be sold, exchanged for money or transferred. They are stored on your device and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Ads and the "Remove ads" purchase

The game shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. "Remove ads" is an optional one-time purchase processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. It switches off ads between games; optional rewarded videos stay available.

Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, sounds, name and logo, belongs to Cubicle Free Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. These terms don't give you any ownership rights.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game, or any feature of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working well, but we don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that your progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the app. If you break these terms, we may stop you from using the game or any online feature.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and the game will ask you to accept the new terms before you keep playing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar, Maharashtra.
