Privacy Policy
MathGuard: Asteroid Math (Android app) · Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what information the MathGuard Android app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is published by Cubicle Free Technologies Private Limited, Manovijay, House No. 554, Mothebhat, Mulgaon, Pondewadi, Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra 401201, India. You can contact us at support@cubiclefreetech.in.
Game progress and settings
Your levels, stars, scores, XP, gems, nickname and settings (sound, vibration, keypad layout) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Online leaderboard (coming later)
The app doesn't have an online leaderboard yet, and nothing about your games is sent to our servers. If we add one in a future update, we will update this policy before it goes live.
Advertising
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob: short ads between games and optional rewarded videos (for example to revive a run). Because the app is designed for everyone, including children under 13, every ad request is marked as directed at children:
- ads are not personalised and are not based on your interests or past activity,
- ad content is limited to material suitable for general audiences,
- the app does not use your device's advertising ID.
To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may still process limited technical information such as your IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, and whether an ad was shown or tapped. Read how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Remove ads purchase
"Remove ads" is an optional one-time purchase handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the app only whether the purchase was made, so ads between games can be switched off. Rewarded videos stay available as an option.
Permissions
- Internet: to show ads. Everything else in the game is built into the app and works offline.
- Vibrate: for short vibrations on key taps and impacts. You can turn this off in Settings.
Data security and retention
All data sent by the app travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We don't keep any information about you on our own servers.
Deleting your data
Everything the app stores is on your device. To delete it, clear the app's data (Settings → Apps → MathGuard → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall the app. For any other privacy request, email support@cubiclefreetech.in and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
MathGuard is a math game for all ages, including children under 13. We don't collect personal information from children or anyone else: there is no sign-in, and the nickname stays on the device. Ads are shown under Google Play's Families policy as described above. Parents can contact us at any time with questions.
Grievance officer
For any concern or complaint about how your information is handled, contact our grievance officer: Manohar Mhatre, Director, Cubicle Free Technologies Pvt Ltd, manohar@cubiclefreetech.in. We will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
